Fast quick service for an insurance claim on cracked windshield. Called Friday, used the USAA insurance app to direct the repair to McConnell's, and within 15 minutes had the appointment scheduled for Monday. Monday rolls around and in by 10, out by 11:30. Would use again.

I’m very particular about what shops I take my car to but when I called McConnell Auto Glass I was put to ease once Desiree answered the phone. She took the time to explain to me the process of repairing my windshield and telling me the couple options I had. I proceeded to look into those options and everything she told me was 100% true. I scheduled an appointment and got my glass replaced. The process was seamless; the employees were very thorough, had great communication, and did awesome work.
